This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games, mini-programs and related services developed and operated by LiangRui (collectively referred to as "Games" or "Services"), including all products released on Google Play, Android official channels and other authorized distribution platforms.

Third-party Services Note: This policy does not cover third-party apps, websites or SDKs built into our games. You need to check their independent privacy policies separately.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing, visiting, or using our Services, you acknowledge that we will collect and process your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are not comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy, please immediately discontinue access or use of the Services.

2. Personal Information That We Collect

To provide stable game services, optimize gameplay and deliver targeted ads, we only collect necessary data categories as below, no excessive sensitive information collection:

• Device basic info — hardware model, Android version, screen resolution, system language, unique advertising ID (AAID), Android ID.
• Game behavioral data — game progress, level records, achievement unlock status, in-game purchase logs, operation preferences.
• Network & performance logs — public IP address, network operator, Wi‑Fi/4G/5G type, crash stack logs, frame rate, loading error records.
• Location data (optional) — coarse location deduced from IP; precise GPS location only if you manually grant location permission.

We will never actively collect identity card numbers, bank card information, face biometrics, contact lists or other highly sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily submit them for customer service verification.

Cookies & Local Storage

Our games use local storage and lightweight cache tags (equivalent to mobile cookies) to store non-sensitive local data on your device: save game configuration, language settings and ad preference tags to avoid repeated configuration after restarting the game; cache lightweight statistical tags for anonymous user behavior analysis; no storage of real-name, contact or location raw data in local cache. You can clear game cache or uninstall the game at any time to erase all local stored data on your device.

3. Why We Collect Your Personal Information

All data collection activities are based on legitimate interests, user consent or contract performance purposes, including:

• Stable service delivery — run game logic, save user progress, fix crashes and technical failures;
• Personalized experience — adjust game difficulty, activity recommendations and regional content matching;
• Advertising optimization — deliver region-matched advertisements, count ad display & click conversion rates;
• Product iteration analytics — aggregate anonymous user behavior to optimize game levels, functions and interface design;
• Customer support communication — verify user identity, reply to feedback and solve game abnormal problems;
• Platform security maintenance — identify cheating, account fraud, abnormal login and block malicious behaviors.

We implement data de-identification and anonymization processing for statistical analysis to separate data from individual user identity.

4. How We Disclose Your Personal Information

LiangRui will never sell, rent or trade your personal identifiable information to third parties for commercial profit. We only share necessary anonymized data with authorized service partners under strict data protection agreements:

• Advertising SDK Partners — Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Topon for in-game advertisement delivery, conversion statistics and anti-fraud filtering;
• Data Analytics & Crash Reporting — Firebase Analytics, GameAnalytics to collect anonymous crash logs and product behavior data;
• Legal Mandatory Disclosure — when required by court orders, government regulatory investigation, or necessary to protect the legal rights and property safety of LiangRui, users and the public.

After you turn off location permissions on your phone, we will stop reading precise GPS location data immediately; only IP-based rough regional information may still be used for basic ad area matching.

5. Your Choices & Opt-out Methods

You have full independent control over your personal data and permission status:

• Location permission switch — Go to System Settings → Apps → Target Game → Permissions to enable/disable location access anytime;
• Personalized advertising opt-out — Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID or turn off personalized ads tracking;
• Clear local game data — Clear game cache/storage or uninstall the game to erase all local saved game records;
• Refuse third-party statistical tracking — Contact our privacy mailbox to submit an anonymous tracking exclusion request.

Opt-out Consequence Reminder: After turning off personalized ads, you will still receive general non-targeted advertisements inside the game, and partial regional exclusive activity content may not be displayed normally.

6. Your Privacy Rights

According to local data protection laws applicable to your residence region, you enjoy the following legal privacy rights:

• Right to access — Request a full copy of all personal data we stored related to you;
• Right to rectification — Correct incomplete or inaccurate game data records;
• Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten") — Apply to delete all your personal data stored by us;
• Right to restriction of processing — Temporarily suspend data collection and analysis functions;
• Right to data portability — Obtain your game data in machine-readable format for export;
• Right to object to processing — Refuse data usage for advertising or analytics purposes;
• Right to withdraw consent — Revoke any location/permission authorization you previously granted.

To submit any rights application, send a request email to our dedicated privacy mailbox with your game installation device information for identity verification. We will complete identity confirmation and reply within 30 calendar days.

7. Data Security & Breach Notice

We adopt multi-layer technical and organizational protection measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, modification or deletion of user data:

• All network data transmission adopts TLS encryption protocol to avoid interception during transmission;
• Server-side data storage uses AES symmetric encryption, with strict access permission hierarchy management;
• Regular internal security penetration testing and third-party security audit assessment;
• All employee data access operations are recorded and audited to prevent internal leakage.

Although we have established complete protection mechanisms, no internet transmission system can guarantee absolute security. If any personal data leakage, disclosure or unauthorized access incident occurs, we will notify affected users through in-game pop-up notice and official email within 72 hours, and take remedial measures in accordance with legal requirements.

8. Cross-border Data Transfers

Our game service servers and third-party data service providers may store and process your personal information in overseas regions outside your country/region of residence. Before cross-border data transmission, we will sign Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with overseas partners to ensure the receiving country has equivalent data protection standards as local laws. If local regulatory authorities prohibit cross-border data transmission, we will immediately suspend corresponding overseas data synchronization activities.

9. Data Retention Rules

We only retain your personal information within the shortest period required to fulfill service purposes, specific retention standards as follows:

• Game progress and local preference data: Retained until you uninstall the game or submit a data deletion application;
• Anonymous statistical & advertising logs: Automatically anonymized and cleared after 12 months;
• Crash and security audit records: Reserved for 18 months for risk troubleshooting and anti-cheat verification;
• Data generated by customer service consultation: Saved for 30 days after closing the service ticket for follow-up verification.

If national laws require longer data retention periods, we will extend the storage cycle in accordance with legal requirements, and automatically clean up data after the legal retention period expires.

10. Children's Privacy Protection

All games developed by LiangRui are targeted at users aged 13 and above, not designed for children under 13 years old. We do not actively collect personal information of minors under the minimum age of consent stipulated by local laws.

If parents or guardians find that their children under 13 have submitted personal information to us without guardian consent, please send an email to our privacy mailbox with relevant proof materials. We will completely delete all minor-related data within 15 working days after verification.

11. Additional Notice to Individuals in the United States

For individuals in the United States, depending on applicable law where you reside or are located, you may be able to assert certain rights identified below with respect to your personal information.

• Right to Know/Access: Obtain a copy, or a list of categories of the information that we hold about you;
• Right to Correct: Correct any of your personal information in our records and systems;
• Right to Delete: Request that we delete the personal information that we hold about you;
• Right to Portability: Receive a copy of the information we have collected about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
• Right Against Discrimination: Not be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described in this section;
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Opt-out of the sale of your personal information or sharing for targeted advertising.

12. Additional Notice for California Consumers

If you are a California resident, this section applies to you in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA") requires us to disclose additional information related to our privacy practices.

In the preceding 12 months, depending on how you interact with our Services, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: Identifiers (such as username, email, IP address, device identifiers); Personal information under California Civil Code section 1798.80; Protected Classifications (such as age, gender); Commercial information; Internet activity information; Geolocation data; and Inferences drawn from any of the information listed above.

Shine the Light: California residents that have an established business relationship with us may request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain types of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. This section only applies to individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland (collectively, the "Designated Countries") at the time of data collection.

Our Relationship to You: We are a data controller with respect to any personal information collected from individuals accessing or using our Services.

Legal Bases for Processing: We process your personal information on the following legal bases: (a) based on our legal obligations (Article 6(1) lit.(c) GDPR); (b) based on our contract with you (Article 6(1) lit.(b) GDPR); (c) based on our legitimate interest to operate our business (Article 6(1) lit.(f) GDPR); and (d) based on your consent (Article 6(1) lit.(a) GDPR).

14. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy according to business adjustment, platform rule changes or new legal regulatory requirements. After updating the policy, we will update the "effective date" field at the top of the page, and issue prominent in-game pop-up notifications to remind users of content changes. If you continue to log in and use our games after the policy update takes effect, it means you fully accept the revised privacy terms. If you disagree with the updated clauses, you must stop using all LiangRui game services.
